Distribution measurements are used to see if articles are in store or not. A salesman is able to mark all articles in the article register. Alternatively, the backoffice can add a specific list of articles to the To Do-list that they want the salesman to focus on. These distribution lists are marked with the prefix "DM".
Distribution measurements can only be performed from an appointment, either via Striker or Officer.
Click either on the distribution lists in the To do-list (as described above) or "New distribution measure" at the top right corner of the appointment to see all articles in the article register.
It is not possible to distribution measure on future appointments or see the distribution measurement from old appointments, if not an appointment with the customer are synchronized on the current date.
To distribution measure, click on the article row to select whether the article is in store or not.
Click on the article row once to get a green check mark
(in store) or twice for a red cross
(not in store). If you click a third time, the check box is emptied and left blank. If the box is left blank, it means that the article is not measured.
Don't forget to save and sync in the distribution measurement when you are done!
