Under "Synchronize" you can perform synchronization to upload updated information from your backoffice and submit what you worked with during the day.
We recommend you to perform a send & receive sync every morning, a send sync after each appointment and end the day with a send & receive sync.
In this way, orders are always sent away as soon as possible and in the event of a loss of the unit, any consequences are minimized.
Send sync - Sends all new information to the server since the last send sync. To ensure that no information is lost if the device breaks down or is stolen, it is recommended to send it's information after each appointment. What is sent is eg. information about appointments made, placed orders and changes made to the customer card.
Send & receive sync - This sync first performs a send-sync and then a complete and updated copy of all the information you need is retrieved.
Important to keep in mind if you use multiple units:
For example, if you work both through your phone and computer/tablet, you must keep in mind that the two devices do not "talk" to each other. When you sync, all data is sent to our server, it is also from this server that you retrieve data when you perform a send & receive sync.
For example, if you have first worked in your phone and entered information, such as orders and answers to market questions etc, you must at least perform a send-sync for this to be sent in to the server.
When this is synced in and you want all this information to appear in your tablet, you click on the send & receive sync in the tablet and it will retrieve the information from the server.
