The customer card can be opened in two ways. Either you search for and open the customer via the customer register or through a appointment, click on the arrow to the right of the customer name.
To edit the information on a customer, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner. The information you want to change will then be editable. When the information is updated, click save and perform at least one send sync for the information to be submitted to the server.
Which fields on the customer card that are possible to edit in Striker is determined by the own back office and is controlled by system settings that each KAM at Genero administers in consultation with the customer's back office.
